This is the official website of the North Texas Chapter of the Society of Government Meeting Professionals.

We offer a variety of opportunities for members, including monthly education programs, a bimonthly newsletter, community service projects, retreats, conferences, annual golf tournaments, and multiple leadership tasks.

Our mission is to enhance the knowledge and expertise of government meeting professionals. Our objectives are to improve the quality of, and promote the cost-effectiveness of, government meetings.

Please join us for our monthly luncheon educational meetings. Meetings are normally held on the second Thursday of the month at various locations.
