- Responsible for solicitation of donations for two silent auction fundraisers held each year
- Organizes the two silent auctins includng monitoring of silent auction, gathering winning bids, distributing auction items at close, and collecting payments
- Orgainzes the Annual Golf Tournament traditionally held in October of each year
